This Monday Whaea Gina came into our class talking about food labels.
We learnt that we had to try and eat foods that has fiber.
We were learning how much fiber was in the ceriles what we eat.
It is important to have breakfast because it makes nice and strong for the day.
Now when I am going shopping with my parents i am going to look at the food labels.
I noticed that weetabix and porridge are healthiest cereals to have for breakfast. The sugar in your ceriles should be under 10 and also your fiber should.
